The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD) operates two utilities in one and is investing billions of dollars to improve water quality and minimize wastewater and stormwater issues. MSD’s work includes ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations; planning, designing, and building system improvement; and performing an ambitious program of maintenance and repair to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service possible.
