What You Will Do: Lead and supervise sanitary sewer and stormwater operations, including collection systems, drainage systems, and pump stations Manage daily operations, staffing, budgeting, capital improvement projects, and regulatory compliance activities Coordinate with contractors, regulatory agencies, City departments, and community stakeholders Develop and implement operational goals, policies, procedures, and safety practices Mentor and develop employees while fostering a positive, accountable, and safety focused work environment

Requirements
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Minimum of three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in the operations of a sanitary sewer and/or stormwater systems or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed below. Minimum of two (2) years of experience working as a supervisor. High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required. Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, public or business administration, environmental science or a closely related field preferred.
LICENSING and CERTIFICATIONS Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid Wyoming Driver’s License is preferred. Possession of, or ability to obtain, a Wyoming Class II Wastewater Collection Certificate within one (1) year of hire.
