We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Design Team. The Project Manager will be responsible for new business development, project financials and resource management as well as oversight of design document preparation for projects.
Manage a multi-discipline team to successfully complete projects, satisfying clients with project quality, schedule, and budget.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a decentralized team located in multiple locations.
Conduct business development and networking activities to build relationships with new and existing clients.
Produce quality deliverables including drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical reports.
Oversee design document preparation for projects (planning and design of treatment facilities, pipelines, pump stations, treatment evaluations, and system planning studies).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to write and speak clearly on technical and design issues with language and style appropriate for a variety of audiences.
Ability to mentor and train staff.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university, with emphasis in water and/or wastewater treatment or environmental engineering, required.
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering is preferred but may be balanced by experience.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) for at least 5 years with the ability to obtain PE license in the state of Texas within 6 months of being hired, required.
10 years of experience in water, wastewater, and/or reuse treatment design with emphasis on treatment processes and evaluations, required (15 years preferred).
