This position is responsible for driving product specifications and sales of decentralized/commercial wastewater treatment systems by generating new and fostering existing relationships with key wastewater system consulting engineers/designers and customers. This position will work closely and collaboratively with Infiltrator outside sales, marketing, inside sales, government relations, and technical teams.
Grow decentralized (large/commercial) system sales of advanced treatment systems, Infiltrator drainfields, and tanks by at least 50% per year for first three years in the defined region. Growth rate to be determined after three years.
Build long-term relationships with decision makers (primarily civil/environmental consulting engineers but also regulatory agencies, contractors and developers) within a defined region to gain product specifications through face-to-face meetings, lunch and learns, industry events, and active work in industry organizations. Track relationship building through existing customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Meet with 40 consulting engineers or design influencers via face to face meetings or presentations
3 Formal presentations (lunch and learns, chapter meetings, or other)
1 Industry Event (trade show, committee meetings, networking event, or similar event)
Leverage CRM system as a tool to track and close specified projects and delivery monthly forecast reports.
Provide occasional regulatory and technical support related to single-family advanced treatment systems sold by Infiltrator.
4-year Bachelors Degree in engineering (preferred) or natural sciences
Successful technical sales experience
Ability to travel 50+% of the time
