This position will be responsible for the project management and coordination of water, wastewater, and pumping station design projects. The responsibilities include an understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes, design project execution from conceptual design through construction, understanding of design drawings and technical specifications for technical and constructability review, and project milestone scheduling. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and ability to learn and use Microsoft Project. Candidate must have excellent communication (writing and speaking) skills and technical engineering skills with particular emphasis on civil and environmental engineering.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering;
Two years of progressively responsible engineering experience;
Five years' experience in water and wastewater treatment design, and / or water booster and wastewater collection pump station design preferred;
Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Engineer-in-Training (EIT) License preferred (must be obtained within 18 months of hire).
