Industrial Wastewater Treatment Operator – Maryland Industrial Wastewater Treatment Grade (I) 6
Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Siemens Water Technologies is searching for a FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN FOR INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT EQUIPMENT -- This position will maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, assist with repairs and troubleshooting of analytical equipment and process controls of industrial wastewater treatment equipment. Role will be responsible for physical and chemical reduction of chemical and toxic substances including treatment but not limited to cyanide and chromium, acid-alkali neutralization, coagulation and flocculation.

Requirements |

The candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently with technicians, management and clients under minimal supervision. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A Maryland Industrial Wastewater Treatment Grade (I) 6 is required as well as a minimum of 3 years wastewater treatment experience in an industrial environment. Basic electrical, mechanical and water chemistry required. Computer literacy is required as well.
