This position will manage the City/County’s wastewater treatment facilities, laboratory, lift stations, and all associated maintenance activities. The Wastewater Treatment Plants range from 0.1 to 6.0 million gallons per day. This position will report directly to a Principal of the company.
The Project Manager’s responsibilities include: •Management of personnel that includes up to 3 department heads, &3 0 employees •Implementation of safety program •Ensure compliance with City, County, State and Federal policies and regulations •Implement asset management program that includes preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, capital improvements, and planning •Regulatory compliance •Attend City Council, City Boards and Commission meetings •Represent the Wastewater Treatment Plant with State and Federal agencies •Profit and loss accountability for an Annual Budget of approximately $4,000,000 •Coordinates wastewater function with other City/County departments •Familiar with design and construction operation and maintenance of wastewater collection and treatment systems •Preparation of monthly and annual client reports
