Job Description
ESG Operations, Inc. is one of the fastest growing utility management and engineering companies in the United States. We are currently recruiting Project Managers for opportunities in Georgia and have openings for Project Managers in the Atlanta area. This position will manage the City/County’s wastewater treatment facilities, laboratory, lift stations, and all associated maintenance activities. The Wastewater Treatment Plants range from 0.1 to 6.0 million gallons per day. This position will report directly to a Principal of the company.

The Project Manager’s responsibilities include: •Management of personnel that includes up to 3 department heads, &3 0 employees •Implementation of safety program •Ensure compliance with City, County, State and Federal policies and regulations •Implement asset management program that includes preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, capital improvements, and planning •Regulatory compliance •Attend City Council, City Boards and Commission meetings •Represent the Wastewater Treatment Plant with State and Federal agencies •Profit and loss accountability for an Annual Budget of approximately $4,000,000 •Coordinates wastewater function with other City/County departments •Familiar with design and construction operation and maintenance of wastewater collection and treatment systems •Preparation of monthly and annual client reports

NOTES: 2 openings. US Residents Only. Employer will assist with relocation costs.
Additional Salary Information: Compensation is commensurate with experience along with a generous benefits and bonus plan. Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 7 years or more of experience, showing a steady progression of increasing responsibility. At least 3 years should be in a supervisory or personnel management role. A college degree is preferred, but not required. Must have a valid wastewater operators certification of the highest level in respective state. Candidates must exhibit exemplary leadership, communication and team-building skills, and have proven experience making sound financial, technical and human resource decisions. Communicating in a clear and concise manner, both orally and written.
